Private personal automation, operated by and intended solely for Jesper Beerepoot.
Configuration and testing are ongoing. Recurring production briefing delivery is not yet enabled. Google authorization and checks of applicable OpenAI data controls remain outstanding.
The project runs on a Chromebook, with administrative access through Tailscale. These public pages explain its purpose and intended data handling.
Planned functionality
Concise daily briefings, scheduling context, training-plan reviews and personal project continuity, using information selected and authorized by the owner.
Planned information flow
- Authorized read-only Gmail and Google Calendar access for relevant messages and scheduling context.
- Selected Google Drive instructions, profiles, plans and training records for personal context and training-plan reviews.
- Selected information processed through OpenAI for analysis, after the applicable data controls have been verified.
- Briefing outputs and analysis history saved to Google Drive, with notifications delivered to the owner's Telegram destination.
These are intended integrations and workflows; this page does not indicate that Google access or automated delivery is already operational.
